The challenge
The pandemic transformed our habits and made us rethink trips to gyms and other crowded places. At the same time, people have come to value a more healthy way of living even when they’re not often leaving their homes.
ZiYou aimed to rent gym equipment and provide educational content about home workouts without users having to spend a lot on it. So we immersed ourselves in the client's business model to understand the company and design an attractive website for the target audience.
The website was designed to work on devices of all sizes and conceived in collaboration with the development team of the partner company responsible for this task.
Design methods fully focused on user acquisition
The Mesa team worked very closely with the client throughout the project, with active participation during Discovery and Product Design stages. The idea has always been to offer not only a quality digital artifact to the client, but also a product focused on acquisition and retention of users, aiming at conversion into sales and revenue.
Target renting numbers exceeded by about 20% since platform launch.
Outstanding results achieved in first semester of launch reinforce the great work done by Mesa - that relied on active presence and cooperation of both the client and the development partner company involved.
