Ideation
We start by executing an Innovation Sprint and understanding the core problem, so that we can clarify objectives and establish the product's roadmap.
Building
Our developers begin implementation phase while tests and validations are run by the Q&A team. Designers and project coordinators keep actively working throughout the entire process.
Architecture
Here, we structure and prototype a solution. We also validate it with real users to, then, start developing the project.
Delivery
After validation and launching, our team starts collecting usage data (metrics and feedback) in order to advance the new product by employing an iterative process alongside the client.
